Berries & Oats with Almonds

- ½ cup Old Fashioned Oats
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons Benecol®, divided
- ½ cup mixed berries
- 3 tablespoons skim milk
- 1 tsp. sliced almonds
1. In a small pot, bring water to a boil . Add oats, 1 tablespoon of Benecol® and 4 or 5 berries. Simmering a few berries with the oats will add great color to this heart-healthy grain.
2. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes until liquid begins to absorb.
3. Pour into a bowl and top with remaining tablespoon of Benecol®, berries, skim milk and sliced almonds. Serve warm!
