Homemade Benecol® Granola

- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2/3 cup Benecol® Original spread, melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
OPTIONAL: 1/2 cup superfood like Chia, Hemp or Flax Seed
- Preheat oven to 325*F
- In a large bowl, combine the oats, almonds, cocoa powder and cinnamon.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the Benecol® with the brown sugar, and then pour over the oat mixture.
- Spread evenly over a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until oats are toasty and fragrant.
- Allow to cook before serving, and store in an air-tight container.
